Returns and Refunds Policy

Policy Effective Date: March 9th, 2026

Thank you for shopping with Capture the Atlas. As a small business, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the correct item, size, and quantity have been selected before placing an order. Orders placed with the wrong item, wrong size, wrong quantity, or duplicate orders are not eligible for a return, refund, or store credit.

If you experience an issue during payment and are not sure whether your order has been processed, please check your bank statement and order confirmation before attempting to place a second order. Duplicate orders are not eligible for a refund.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds, store credit, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Exchanges

We may allow exchanges on eligible items if you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in original condition, returned in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item shows signs of use, damage, wear, modification, or if it is returned incomplete.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement item is not available, we may offer store credit or another reasonable solution at our discretion.

Exchange Shipping Costs

If an exchange is approved for reasons other than a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange, including the cost of returning the item to us and the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at info@capturetheatlas.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, if approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was sent, we will cover the reasonable shipping costs related to the approved replacement or exchange.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: sale items, gift cards, downloadable products, custom or personalized items, items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear, and any order placed with the wrong item, wrong size, wrong quantity, or as a duplicate order.

How to Request an Exchange

Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange request.

Do not send items back without prior authorization. If your exchange is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Filing a chargeback does not automatically make an order eligible for a refund if this policy applies.
